As requested from Allison, a couple of pairs of pictures to compare our girls. Above are the newborn pics (left Lilia, right Johanna). In my opinion, Lilia had a fuller face (especially the cheeks) and a more round head.
On the left is Lilia at 1 wk old; on the right is Johanna at 1 week old. I think they look a little more similar in these pictures (maybe due to the viewpoint).

I agree with Allison...I can't believe how much Johanna and Lilia look alike! But then again, I think all newborns look a little bit alike (unless they have large coneheads), so I'm probably not the best judge. :)
